The Challenge

Running Multiple Carrier Relationships From One System Requires Architecture Most TPA Software Does Not Have

Each carrier client has different workflow requirements, authority matrices, and reporting preferences
Carrier data must be completely isolated — one client's data cannot be visible to another
Manual carrier reporting consuming 15 to 25 staff-hours per month per TPA
SLA compliance tracked inconsistently across carrier relationships
Adjuster assignments crossing carrier lines creates data integrity and confidentiality risk
Scaling to new carrier clients requires starting from scratch on configuration
The ECode Pro Advantage

What TPA Operations Require From Their Claims Platform

Complete data isolation per carrier client — enforced at the architecture level, not by policy
Carrier-specific authority matrices, workflow templates, and reporting formats configured independently
SLA monitoring per carrier contract with automatic alerts before breach
Platform Features

What TPAs Need From Their Claims Platform

Every feature below is included in your ECode Pro subscription — no add-ons, no extra tiers.

Multi-tenant architecture that actually isolates data

ECode Pro was built from the ground up for multi-client environments. Each carrier client's data exists in a completely isolated partition. An adjuster working on Client A's claims cannot see Client B's data — even accidentally. This is architecture, not policy.

Carrier-specific configuration for every client

Each carrier you serve can have its own claim types, diary requirements, authority matrices, SLA thresholds, adjuster assignment rules, and reporting formats. Adding a new carrier client means configuring their workflow once, not rebuilding your entire operation.

Carrier reporting in minutes, not hours

ECode Pro generates standard carrier reports for each client with a single click in the format each carrier requires. Ad-hoc carrier data requests are fulfilled through carrier portal access in real time. The 20 staff-hours per month your team spends on reporting gets redirected to quality work.

Carrier portal access without operational disruption

Carrier clients can be granted read-only access to their claims in real time — viewing file status, diary compliance, and reserve levels without submitting a data request. This level of transparency is what converts carrier clients from annual contracts to multi-year partnerships.

SLA compliance tracking per carrier contract

Each carrier's service level agreements are configured separately in ECode Pro. Contact timelines, resolution targets, and file completeness standards are monitored automatically. Alerts fire before any SLA is breached — not after the monthly review when it is too late.

Scale new carrier relationships without rebuilding

When you win a new carrier client, onboarding their workflow configuration into ECode Pro takes days, not months. The platform is already built for multi-client operations — adding Client 13 is as straightforward as adding Client 2 was.

We manage claims for 14 carrier clients. Before ECode Pro, carrier reporting was our biggest operational burden — 22 staff-hours per month, every month. Now it is 20 minutes. Our clients get real-time portal access. Our team got two full days back every month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions tpas ask before their demo.

ECode Pro uses partition-level data isolation — each carrier client's data is stored and accessed independently. This is enforced at the database architecture level, not through software access controls alone. Our security documentation is available to carriers who require it for vendor approval.
Yes. Each carrier client can have its own authority matrix — different dollar thresholds for adjusters, team leads, supervisors, and directors. A payment that requires supervisor approval for Carrier A might require director approval for Carrier B.
When a carrier relationship ends, their data can be exported in standard formats and their partition is purged from the platform. We provide full data export before any purge and confirm deletion to meet your contractual obligations to the carrier.
Carriers receive login credentials to a dedicated portal that shows only their data. They can view claim status, file documents, run standard reports, and see diary compliance — all in real time. They cannot access any other client's data or modify claims.
Onboarding a new carrier client typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of their workflow requirements. We handle the configuration. You review and approve before the first live claim is assigned.
